Compensation: Base Salary 35k + Commission

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Producer with an active Property & Casualty (P&C) License to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying client needs, and providing insurance solutions that protect individuals, families, and businesses.

In this role, you will generate new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and deliver exceptional service while helping customers secure appropriate property and casualty insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business through referrals, networking, lead generation, and community outreach.
• Consult with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Quote, sell, and service Property & Casualty insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.
• Follow up on leads, policy renewals, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Educate clients on coverage options, policy benefits, and risk management solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
• Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

• Life & Health license is a plus but not required.
