Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Prior insurance sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven sales approach.

• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business through referrals, networking, lead generation, and community outreach.
• Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend coverage options.
• Quote, sell, and service Property & Casualty insurance products.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
• Follow up on leads, policy renewals, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Educate clients on coverage options and risk management strategies.
• Maintain accurate client records in agency management systems.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
