Role Description

The Insurance Producer is responsible for generating new business, advising clients on coverage options, and managing existing accounts. The position includes maintaining regular contact with clients, handling policy changes, and coordinating with carriers to ensure accurate and timely processing. This is a hybrid role based in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Area, with time spent meeting clients in person as well as performing follow‑up, documentation, and outreach from home. The Insurance Producer is expected to meet production goals, comply with regulatory requirements, and uphold agency standards for ethical and transparent sales practices.
