Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer-initiated requests.
• Process deductible changes and cancellations.
• Add, edit, and remove mortgage lender information.
• Prepare evidence of insurance documents.
• Act on vacancy and foreclosure notifications.
• Research undefined inquiries.
• Communicate with insureds and agents.
• Provide exceptional service.
