Job summary

Relation Insurance Services in Newark, NJ is seeking an Account Coordinator to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of policy documents, renewals, and day-to-day servicing requests, serving as the primary contact for client administrative tasks.

You will support the Account Management team, review policies for accuracy, assist with renewals and endorsements, and communicate with carriers to expedite settlements.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license required and maintained.
• Bachelor/degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial client contact and monitor questions; advise on coverage changes with Account Management Team.
• Identify, research and resolve routine client issues.
• Maintain accurate client files and documentation per workflow and best practices.
• Assist with remarketing renewals to improve client retention and prepare proposals.
• Review policies from carriers for accuracy; handle endorsements and applications.
• Ensure carriers respond promptly to expedite claim settlements.
• Review audits and communicate significant differences to clients.
• Review cancellation requests to retain accounts while protecting company interests.
• Stay current with industry trends, new products, legislation, and technology.
• Adopt AI solutions into the service process to improve client service.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
