Job summary

Relation Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to manage account administration, endorsements, renewals, and policy servicing. You will work with carriers, collect information, and ensure timely responses to client requests while maintaining compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in Customer Service.
• Property and Casualty License may be required within 90 days.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process renewal policies and endorsements in the Agency Management System.
• Enter and rate policies on carrier websites.
• Issue certificates of insurance and related forms.
• Monitor payment status to prevent cancellations and notify the Account Manager if risk of non-payment.
• Track claims and update the agency management system with activity.
• Provide back-end support to ensure client satisfaction and timely responses.
• Adopt innovative technology, including AI solutions, in service processes.
• Perform additional projects and tasks as assigned.
