Hilb Group in Uniondale, NY is seeking a motivated Client Placement Associate to join our team in a hybrid role reporting to the local agency. You will market new business and renewals, analyze coverage needs, compare quotes, and present recommendations to account managers and producers.

The ideal candidate has an active NY Property & Casualty License and 3+ years of personal lines experience, with proficiency in AMS360 and MS Office, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Formación

• Active NY Property & Casualty License required.
• Minimum 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Experience with carrier relations and underwriting in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Market new business and renewal accounts with carrier partners.
• Obtain, negotiate, and compare quotes and coverage options.
• Analyze risks, coverage needs and underwriting requirements.
• Present quotes and recommendations to account managers and producers.
• Identify alternative markets when risks cannot be placed.
• Maintain electronic documentation of marketing activities.
• Collaborate with team in a high-velocity sales environment.
• Build relationships with underwriters, producers and account managers.
• Stay informed on carrier appetites and pricing.
• Identify coverage enhancements and gaps.
