Job summary

Hilb Group in Uniondale, NY seeks a Senior Client Placement Lead Associate for a hybrid role. The position focuses on placement and marketing of new and renewal business with premier carriers and complex E&S markets.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in HRIS/benefit technology, strong ADP WFN/NextGen knowledge, ACA experience, and excellent communication. You will collaborate across teams to ensure client persistency and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HRIS, benefit technology, or equivalent work experience.
• Solid working knowledge of ADP WFN with ADP NextGen, and/or Lyric knowledge a plus.
• Solid working knowledge of ACA configuration and monitoring technology – ADP WFN Essential ACA module experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business environment
• Exceptional telephone demeanor and the ability to lead productive calls to meet project timelines
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Microsoft CoPilot, Excel, Word.
• Comprehensive written and verbal communication skills, high energy and enthusiasm, strong interpersonal, motivation, and leadership skills and willingness to self-direct and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Placement and marketing of new and renewal business with premier High Net Worth carriers.
• Work with brokerage team to implement Open Enrollment setups for assigned clients in ADP Workforce Now.
• Respond promptly to ADP WFN benefits related questions from internal and external sources.
• Generate census and enrollment reports for new business.
• Assist with ACA module implementations and year-end 1095 auditing.
• Assist with setting up Enhanced Benefits module in ADP Workforce Now for newly onboarded clients.
• Partner across team and organizational lines to ensure persistency and growth.
