Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 8+ years of related work experience, or 12+ years total equivalent work experience.
• Experience in life insurance, annuities, financial services, or distribution support.
• Strong insurance industry and distribution acumen, including onboarding, service, and quality of business.
• Experience leading complex partner relationships and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational health and readiness of assigned Distribution partner relationships.
• Set relationship plans, objectives, governance routines, and communication approaches.
• Coordinate marketing, sales, and support services for assigned accounts.
• Lead onboarding and change management for significant business, product, or technology updates.
• Prepare client presentations and briefing materials for senior management.
