National Life Group is hiring a Relationship Manager to strengthen partner confidence, improve field effectiveness, and drive measurable business results across Distribution partners. You will serve as the operational bridge between Distribution and the Customer Innovation Group, owning onboarding, readiness, and ongoing relationship management.

The role requires deep insurance industry knowledge, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
Experience in life insurance, annuities, or financial services.
Strong insurance industry and distribution acumen.
Knowledge of distribution models such as MLM, IMO, Direct, Brokerage.

Mansioni

Own the operational health and readiness of assigned Distribution partner relationships.
Set relationship plans and governance routines for partners.
Coordinate marketing, sales, and support services for assigned accounts.
Lead onboarding and major changes from planning through stabilization.
Prepare client presentations and briefing materials for senior management.
