Responsibilities

Prepare and manage renewal documentation to support underwriting teams, ensuring accuracy and timelines.
Review renewal accounts and update policy information, exposure data, client details, and supporting documentation.
Assist in compiling loss history, exposure information, risk characteristics for underwriter review.
Process routine endorsements, including address changes, name corrections, coverage modifications.
Review endorsement requests for completeness and document changes within SLAs.
Assist with reporting, data validation, and projects to improve underwriting efficiency.
