Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Knowledgeable and proficient with Microsoft Office and Internet search capabilities.
• Previous customer service experience a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication; flexible to the situation.
• Calm under pressure with strong organizational skills and integrity.
• Customer service bias; responsive and able to say no while preserving relationships.
• Natural curiosity and willingness to learn and improve.
