Job summary

Med-Metrix seeks a Manager, Insurance Operations to lead daily insurance follow-up and billing activities across patient accounts. You will oversee teams, monitor performance, and align processes with revenue cycle goals to optimize financial outcomes.

In this role, you will partner with leadership and client teams, ensure HIPAA compliance, and implement improvements. A business degree and significant revenue cycle experience are required to drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• 5+ years in hospital revenue cycle operations.
• 3+ years managing revenue cycle teams.
• Experience managing third-party insurance accounts receivable and follow-up operations.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor operational performance and implement improvements.
• Experience developing and maintaining operational reports and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of insurance billing and AR best practices.
• Ability to lead teams and drive productivity.
