Great American Insurance Group is seeking a Policy Administration professional to lead daily tasks and coordinate a team in a hybrid onsite role. You will ensure accurate policy processing, endorsements, and compliance across departments, while leveraging Excel and internal systems.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent, 2+ years in policy administration, and preferred insurance industry experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or equivalent.
• Field of Study: Business, Insurance, Finance, Liberal Arts or related discipline.
• Experience: Generally, 2 or more years of related experience.
• Experience in the insurance industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day policy administration activities and coordinate tasks.
• Prioritize workload and delegate assignments for timely completion.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of work; suggest process improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of state-specific policy endorsements and requirements.
• Collaborate across departments to optimize forms, screens, and systems.
