Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience required.
• Effective communication skills – verbal and written.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
• Knowledge of annuity products and annuity contract regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions such as address changes, withdrawals, and beneficiary changes.
• Provide information about company products to customers.
• Formulate correspondence with customers verbally and in writing.
• Document all responses and track interactions.
• Be a solution seeker to resolve customer questions.
