Job summary

S&S Employment Partners seeks Insurance Operations Consultants for multiple openings in Des Moines, IA. This is a long-term temporary role with on-site work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Starting pay is up to $21 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities include processing address and beneficiary changes, providing product information, drafting customer communications, and documenting responses. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; 1+ year of customer service;

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience required.
• Effective communication skills – verbal and written.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
• Knowledge of annuity products and annuity contract regulations preferred.
