Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking an Insurance Associate in a role that supports Client Advisory teams, handling meeting preparations, policy binders, quotes, and carrier communications. You will contribute to new business processes and assist with endorsements, mortgage inquiries, and billing questions while coordinating visits and security clearances.

We value candidates with strong MS Office skills, organization, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office; able to navigate multiple systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail oriented with accuracy.
• Holds P&C license or can obtain within 6 months of hire.
• College degree and/or insurance experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation for prospect and client meetings.
• Update summaries, create spreadsheets, bind materials, obtain quotes.
• Coordinate delivery of new business policies and endorsements.
• Schedule client, carrier, and guest visits; manage security clearances and meeting spaces.
• Respond to billing inquiries and support client advisors.
