Job summary

MMA Private Client Services is hiring an Insurance Associate to support Client Advisory teams in preparing for prospect and client meetings, updating review materials, and coordinating new business processes. You will quote coverage, gather policy details, and assist in scheduling client activities with a focus on accuracy and organization.

Ideal candidates show strong MS Office skills, multi-tasking ability, and a proactive, self-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
• Hold a P&C license or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• College degree or prior insurance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for prospect and client meetings by ordering designated summaries ahead of the review target date.
• Support the client review process by updating summaries and creating spreadsheets and documents.
• Assist in the new business process by establishing files, binders, and coordinating policy deliveries.
• Quote coverage via carrier websites and obtain policy declarations.
• Coordinate client, carrier, and guest visits and manage meeting spaces.
