The position emphasizes accurate data entry, compliance with E&O policies, and professional client interaction while using approved automation tools to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Eligible to obtain and maintain required state insurance licenses.
• Insurance knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proofreading ability.
• Proficient in keyboarding, computer applications, and standard office software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Process new business applications, renewals, and endorsements following company guidelines.
• Process direct bill payments and submit to the carrier.
• Review transactions for accuracy in the agency management system.
• Maintain and update client activity in the system.
• Greet clients and route inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Answer and route phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Support with special projects and training opportunities.
• Document and maintain client activities and transactions in the system.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency while ensuring privacy and compliance.
