Responsibilities

• Welcome new customers and assist them in getting started with their insurance policies.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to follow up on onboarding steps and documentation needs.
• Explain policy details, required documentation, and next steps in clear, customer-friendly language.
• Guide clients through paperwork, account setup, and address any policy-related inquiries they may have.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to support customers with additional insurance needs and refer them to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, onboarding progress, and outstanding items requiring follow-up.
• Deliver friendly, professional service that builds trust and fosters long-term client relationships.
