Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license preferred.
• Life & Health license is a plus.
• Previous insurance or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.

• Organized with strong follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs.
• Build strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Recommend insurance coverage based on each customer's situation.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes.
• Explain coverage options and available discounts.
• Follow up with prospects and customers to develop sales opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer and policy information.
• Work with the team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Participate in training and professional development.
