Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• One to three years of administrative or data processing experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, print, and organize incoming applications for timely processing.
• Enter application data into spreadsheets and internal systems, keep records up to date.
• Code new business applications and correct discrepancies as needed.
• Communicate with agents to obtain corrections and follow up on requirements.
• Monitor the department email inbox and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Prepare weekly balancing reports and reconcile records with Accounting and Commissions.
• Process checks with applications and coordinate with Accounting.
• Maintain weekly pending reports and processing notes on status and requirements.
• Review Underwriting releases to determine next steps for printing, issuance, or rejection.
