Job summary

OneAmerica Financial in Indianapolis is seeking a New Business Associate to accurately process new business for multiple group product lines from application entry to in-force policy, excluding underwriting. You will work with the New Business team and internal partners to meet service targets and deliver a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities include issuing policies, assembling documents, resolving data needs, handling complex premium payments, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and accurately handle new business from application entry to policy issue and in-force status.
• Issue policies and assemble policy documents for delivery.
• Resolve outstanding new business data needs with internal partners.
• Process complex premium payments, refunds, and transfers.
• Ensure compliance with suitability reviews and regulatory guidelines.
