Job summary

Brown & Brown is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Maitland, FL team. The role focuses on marketing new business and renewals for Property & Casualty accounts, maintaining data integrity and insurance compliance, and preparing proposals and reports.

Responsibilities include analyzing market information, preparing competitive market selections, gathering quotes, and negotiating pricing to increase production and client value. Collaboration with underwriters and brokers is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent preferred.
• Two-year college degree or 7-12+ years of relative experience (preferred).
• Licenses: 2-20 Property & Casualty (or obtain within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing of new business and renewals.
• Maintain data and compliance requirements.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and related documents.
• Lead all aspects of the marketing process for P&C accounts.
• Rate and quote complex mid-large size accounts.
• Market new and renewal accounts per procedures.
• Develop high-quality proposals for discussion and presentation.
• Maintain relationships with underwriters, wholesale brokers, producers, and account managers.
