Job summary

Regional Reporting, Inc. (RRI) is seeking an experienced Insurance Loss Control Consultant to perform commercial insurance inspections and complete underwriting reports.

You will travel to insured locations, observe and document operations, take photos, and generate comprehensive reports for underwriters. This role requires analyzing building construction, NFPA codes, and ISO classes, with the possibility of some overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Loss Control Providers or major carriers
• Ability to identify building construction types and ISO classes
• Strong writing and reporting skills
• WFH capability with PC, high‑speed internet and phone
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Comfort with climbing ladders up to 6 feet
• Experience with taking photos and measurements per carrier requirements

Responsibilities

• Record onsite observations, take measurements and photos per carrier requirements
• Identify building construction type, roof type, and square footage
• Complete assignments/reports by due dates
• Communicate with Field Manager to complete inspections cost‑effectively
• Coordinate inspection meetings with insured representatives onsite
• Prepare and report inspection results, upload photos, and create diagrams
• Travel to insured locations; overnight travel may be required
