Burnett Specialists Staffing | Recruiting is assisting a well-established insurance defense firm in Houston's Inner Loop to hire an attorney with 3+ years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience. The role offers meaningful litigation responsibilities in a collaborative environment and exposure to complex cases.

You will manage cases from inception to resolution, take depositions, argue motions, draft pleadings, and communicate with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance defense and/or civil litigation experience.
• Active Texas law license in good standing.
• Strong deposition, oral advocacy, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience with products liability, premises liability, auto liability, bad faith, or wrongful death is a plus.
