Job summary

Integrity Marketing seeks a Licensing Coordinator I to provide high-level support by reviewing, filing, and submitting contracts, licenses, and applications. You will process contracts and licensing for agent appointments with carriers in a timely manner with accuracy, and may confirm agent appointments.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage data entry and maintain accuracy under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process contracts and licensing for agent appointments with carriers.
• Review, file, and submit licenses and related applications.
• Verify data accuracy and completeness; update systems accordingly.
• Respond to inquiries about status and resolve data discrepancies.
• Record completed work, transmit data, and file documents.
• Support onboarding of new carriers and agents.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
