Insurance & Licensing Contracts Administrator - Remote Connecticut

(Preferred candidate would be near the Farmington, CT area for monthly team meetings)

What You Will Do:

• Report to Deputy General Counsel.
• Support Contract Department and Deputy General Counsel in reviewing insurance requirements in contracts and managing licensing for the US and Canada.
• Review insurance requirements, enroll AAT in Wrap-Up insurance plans, liaise with insurance brokers, manage certificates of insurance, maintain databases, and support licensing needs and agency coordination.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance products, contract clauses, and licensing related to construction and service fields.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Ability to work under supervision.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience, preferably in construction.
• 3-6 years related experience.
• Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to handle insurance issues.
• Knowledge of construction industry and risk management preferred.
