Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track licensing applications and amendments for multiple licenses.
• Ensure timely regulatory filings across jurisdictions and maintain compliance.
• Monitor licensing deadlines and regulatory changes; communicate requirements.
• Maintain officer/director records and licensing documentation.
• Collaborate with legal, licensing, and finance to process licensing fees.
