Job summary

Oliver James Group is actively seeking a Regulatory & Compliance Analyst to support insurance licensing and regulatory filings across North American operations. You will collaborate with Legal, Licensing, and Compliance teams to ensure timely submissions and accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of regulatory compliance or insurance licensing experience, with strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent attention to detail and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, insurance licensing, legal support, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track license applications, renewals, and amendments for various licenses across jurisdictions.
• Ensure timely and accurate licensing filings and regulatory submissions.
• Monitor licensing requirements and regulatory changes to maintain ongoing compliance.
• Research state-specific licensing regulations and implement applicable requirements.
• Support regulatory initiatives related to new business activities.
