Job summary

Farmers Insurance - District 46 is seeking an Insurance Leadership Trainee to join a structured training program designed to build insurance knowledge, sales skills, and long-term client relationships. This paid, full-time role combines classroom learning with on-the-job experience, teaching you how to identify customer needs, explain coverage options, and grow your book of business.

No prior licensing is required; licensing support is available, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health,
