Beth Santillan’s State Farm Agency is seeking a Marketing & Lead Generation Representative to help grow our insurance sales pipeline by reaching prospective customers, generating interest, and scheduling conversations for the sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, creating opportunities, and seeing a direct impact on agency growth. You will play a key part in building the agency’s sales funnel through outbound outreach and lead nurturing.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, telemarketing, customer outreach, or lead generation experience.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Confidence making outbound calls and starting conversations with new people.
• Ability to handle rejection without losing momentum.
• Excellent organization and follow-up habits.
• Comfort working with CRM systems and tracking lead activity.
• Professional and courteous telephone presence.
• Basic insurance knowledge or the willingness to learn.
• Results-oriented mindset and desire to contribute to agency growth.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce insurance products and agency services
• Identifying and qualifying potential customers based on their needs and interest
• Following up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources
• Scheduling qualified appointments for licensed team members
• Providing general information and answering basic questions about available insurance options
• Building rapport quickly and creating a positive first impression of the agency
• Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, follow-up activity, and customer interactions
• Consistently managing a pipeline of prospective customers
• Tracking call activity, lead generation, and appointment results
• Following established agency and State Farm communication and compliance guidelines
