Job summary

Insurance Administrative Solutions, L.l.c. is seeking an IT Business Analyst II in Clearwater, FL to bridge Operations, QA and Tech teams. You will analyze complex business problems, document requirements, and help define functional and technical solutions.

Responsibilities include facilitating cross‑department meetings, creating test scenarios, training users, and supporting QA/UAT. A bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years BA experience are required, with insurance knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field or experience.
• 2-4 years of proven Business Analyst experience.
• Insurance background preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint).
• Experience with JIRA or similar PM software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and analyze data and workflows to develop business requirements and recommendations.
• Facilitate meetings across departments to ensure accurate requirements and coordinate training.
• Lead work sessions with technical resources and QA to discuss needs and timelines.
• Manage low to moderate complexity projects independently.
• Provide troubleshooting and analytical support to end users or IT staff.
