Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of senior operating experience in financial services, insurance, or investments.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and implementing strategy.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, financial controls, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
