Insurance Inside Sales Professional - Remote

Excellent inside sales career opportunity! We are currently recruiting dedicated, outgoing insurance sales professionals. This position is a full-time opportunity to work from home.

Our ideal candidates are interested in a rewarding insurance sales career. As an insurance professional, you will answer incoming calls (no cold calling) from our prospective customers, and after assessing their needs, find them the best combination of price and quality coverage.

Target Earnings: $80,000 – $180,000 with commissions and bonus

Compensation Overview

Total compensation is based on a mix of hourly base, commissions, and bonus potential. Monthly incentives will be based on your performance against agreed upon objectives and company results. The base pay range for this position is a nationwide market range and depicts a range of salaries for this role across the nation. The determined pay for this position will be based on several factors: location; experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.

Salary Base Pay Range

State specific pay scales for this role are as follows:

$43,382 to $75,982 (CA, NJ, NY, WA, HI, AK, MD, CT, RI, MA)

$39,438 to $69,097 (NV, OR, AZ, CO, WY, TX, ND, MN, MO, IL, WI, FL, GA, MI, OH, VA, PA, DE, VT, NH, ME)

$35,494 to $62,167 (UT, ID, MT, NM, SD, NE, KS, OK, IA, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, IN, SC, NC, WV)

The expected base salary for this position will vary depending on a number of factors, including relevant experience, skills, and location.

Supplemental Pay Types

Job Summary

The primary job function is to quote and sell the Company’s products and/or services, in all 50 states with multiple insurance carriers, by telephone and electronic means. Receives and places telephone calls to prospective and/or existing customers to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives while ensuring optimum customer experience and satisfaction. Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. Receives instruction, guidance, and direction from others.

Responsibilities
  • Quote multiple lines of insurance with multiple carriers in all states.
  • Respond timely and follow-up to customer inquiries in an effort to finalize the sale.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience by building rapport, gathering information, and creating a positive high-level customer experience in a fast-paced structured environment.
  • Communicate with customers to better determine specific insurance needs, offer consultative solutions, and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Work towards pre-defined individual performance objectives based on productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of carrier guidelines.
  • Remain current on product offerings and company procedures.

Education/Experience

  • Active Resident Property & Casualty license.
  • Personal Lines Insurance sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus.

  • Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions.
  • Remote office internet connection via Internet Service Provider (ISP) or Cable Modem.
  • High-speed internet access required.
