Base salary is $48,000 with uncapped commissions and a typical earnings trajectory of $75,000+ annually. You will join a supportive team that trains you in the insurance business, not just transactional selling.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client conversations simultaneously.
• Comfortable working full-time in an in-office role in Dallas, TX.
• Ability to handle objections and ask for the sale.
• Coachable and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Pursue and close warm referrals actively shopping for insurance.
• Learn about customers' homes, vehicles, assets, and coverage needs.
• Explain coverage options and quote & sell home, auto, umbrella, etc.
• Handle questions and objections to guide customers to best solution.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up to move the pipeline.
