Lupoli Insurance LLC is seeking a driven Sales Manager to grow our home and auto insurance business. The role rewards network-driven growth and inbound opportunities with an emphasis on building relationships in real estate circles.

Ideal candidates will have Realtor or real estate industry experience and existing Realtor or mortgage professional connections, plus outside sales or business-development background.

Qualifications

• Have experience as a Realtor or working within the real estate industry.
• Have relationships with Realtors or mortgage professionals.
• Have outside sales or business-development experience.
• Confident making outbound sales calls.
• Persistent with follow-up without being overly aggressive.
• Enjoy meeting new people and developing professional relationships.
• Motivated by goals and earning potential.
• Can generate your own business in addition to working provided leads.
• Are organized and comfortable managing a sales pipeline.
• Want to build a career and eventually move into sales leadership.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to agency-provided leads
• Respond quickly to new inbound leads and quote requests
• Follow up consistently with prospects who have not yet purchased
• Re-contact previous prospects and unsold quotes
• Quote and sell home and auto insurance
• Identify opportunities for umbrella and additional coverage
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Meet established call, quote, follow-up, and new-business goals
