Movement Insurance, part of Movement Mortgage, seeks an experienced sales professional in the insurance space. This role focuses on personal lines (home and auto) sales, building referral networks, and maintaining industry knowledge to drive opportunities.

The position requires a valid sales license, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for extended hours. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of personal lines sales experience (home/auto).
• Sales license required.
• Self-starter with strong time management, adaptability and organization.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Professional demeanor interacting with all levels of the organization and external contacts.
• Ability to manage new and existing relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and industry software.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a new business production minimum as outlined in the employee contract.
• Build a referral database and cultivate a sphere of influence for sales opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions, coverages, carrier underwriting, and product knowledge.
• Offer recommendations to management as needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with insurance carriers to secure favorable status.
