You will drive profitable growth through strategic marketing, manage relationships with customers, agents, and brokers, and coordinate with underwriting and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities. The role requires strong market analysis, client development, and collaboration across departments to expand distribution networks and revenue.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in Property Casualty or Commercial Lines.
• Established broker/retailer relationships preferred.
• CRM, analytics tools, and AI-driven tech experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with underwriting to gather information and support renewal/pricing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, agents, brokers, and prospects.
• Analyze market opportunities, portfolios, and production to identify growth.
• Promote additional products and programs to increase retention and premium growth.
• Prepare reports and presentations on performance and market conditions.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
