Office Beacon LLC is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to generate new business in the U.S. insurance market. This hunter role targets agencies, carriers, wholesalers, and TPAs, requiring up to 75% domestic travel and full ownership of the sales cycle from outreach to close.

The ideal candidate will excel at building strategic partnerships, presenting to leadership, and growing long-term client partnerships while working independently across a large geographic territory.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in business development or outside sales.
• Hunter-style sales focus on acquiring new clients and growing accounts.
• Experience with independent agencies, carriers, wholesalers, brokers or TPAs.
• Strong prospecting, networking, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and secure new clients within the U.S. insurance sector across agencies, carriers, wholesalers, brokers, TPAs, and health organizations.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and update CRM.
• Plan and attend insurance conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
• Deliver in-person presentations, webinars and lunch-and-learn sessions.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and leadership to onboard clients smoothly.
• Oversee ongoing client relationships through onboarding, service, retention and growth.
