Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and skills preferred.
• Five (5)+ years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, customer growth, consultative sales, account management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth plans for PrismHR customers to expand insurance adoption.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand current benefit offerings and broker relationships.
• Identify and qualify opportunities across advisory services, retail and voluntary products, and other insurance solutions.
• Coordinate with Benefit Sales Consultants and cross‑functional teams to move opportunities through quoting, contracting, and adoption.
• Maintain complete and accurate opportunity records in Salesforce and monitor pipeline health.
