Qualifications

• Prior insurance or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Customer service, retail, and hospitality backgrounds translate well.
• Ability to learn products and licensing process quickly.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to people who have asked for an insurance quote.
• Quote auto, home, and life coverage and explain the options in plain language.
• Review clients' needs and suggest coverage that fills the gaps.
• Log your activity in our CRM and follow up on open quotes.
• Work toward weekly goals alongside the team.
