The Kelcie Wilson-Yeider Agency is looking for a motivated Insurance Advisor to join our established sales and service team. In this sales-focused role, you’ll connect with customers, understand their insurance needs, and help them explore coverage options while working toward individual and agency sales goals.

No insurance experience is required. We’re looking for someone who is competitive, coachable, comfortable talking with people, and ready to put in the work to succeed.

You’ll work closely with Kelcie, a multiple-time Farmers Toppers Club achiever with strong involvement in the local community. Through hands‑on experience and mentorship, you’ll learn how to sell insurance, build customer relationships, and understand the day‑to‑day operations of a successful agency.
