Bryan Ross - State Farm Agent in Chandler, AZ is seeking a motivated Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member. You will build and develop customer relationships to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance, with an opportunity to learn how to run your own agency someday.

Responsibilities include establishing relationships, delivering responsive service, meeting sales goals, developing leads, scheduling appointments, and staying compliant.

Formación

• Sales experience or track record in meeting sales goals is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service on insurance inquiries.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market products and services.
