Qualifications

• Sales experience in outside or inside roles preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about insurance and financial products to manage risk and realize dreams.
• People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work Monday–Friday 8am–5pm.
• Property and Casualty license must be obtainable; Life & Health license must be obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.
