Justin Kenney Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated team member to join our State Farm agency in Nebraska. You will build and develop customer relationships to promote State Farm auto, home and life insurance while gaining insight into what it takes to run an agency.

You will establish relationships, educate customers on options, and help market products. Develop leads, schedule appointments, and participate in local community events.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred and track record of meeting goals.
• Strong communication skills across written and verbal forms.
• Interest in marketing products based on customer needs.
• Enthusiasm for insurance and financial products and helping others.
• People-oriented, self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Proactive in problem solving with ability to multi-task.
• Able to present to potential customers and work in a team.
• Property & Casualty license must be obtainable, Life & Health license optional.
• Travel may be required; associate degree or higher preferred.
