You will experience working in an agent's office with growth potential toward becoming a State Farm agent yourself, while collaborating to develop leads and meet marketing goals in a supportive community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
• People-oriented and self-motivated.
• Detail oriented; proactive in problem solving.

• Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
• Licensing: Property & Casualty license obtainable; Life & Health license obtainable.

Responsibilities
