Jeff Keicher - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support our daily operations and customers’ success. You help grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services and by providing prompt, accurate customer service across inquiries, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong written, verbal and listening communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Respond to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
