Job summary

KKR seeks a Tech Product & Delivery Lead for Insurance Finance & Accounting to own the end-to-end technology strategy, roadmap, and delivery for statutory/GAAP close, reinsurance, investment accounting, and FP&A. You will partner with CFO/CAO, Insurance leadership, and transformation teams to drive modernization and AI-enabled changes across global finance processes.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in system implementations, product management, technology delivery, or transformation roles.
Proven track record of building and leading product and delivery teams across large programs.
Experience partnering with engineering teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define and own the multi-year technology strategy and roadmap for Insurance Finance & Accounting technology stack.
Lead end-to-end delivery for platforms supporting close-to-report processes and regulatory reporting.
Collaborate with CFO/CAO, Controllership, FP&A, Tax, and Regulatory teams to align solutions with business needs.
Oversee governance, vendor relationships, and program milestones across multi-workstreams.
Champion modernization, cloud-native architecture, and AI-enabled finance transformations.
