Job summary

KKR seeks a Tech Product & Delivery Lead for Insurance Data and AI to own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technology solutions powering policy, investments, and actuarial data platforms.

You will build and lead a team of product managers and delivery leads, guiding complex programs across global insurance platform teams with a focus on modernization, governance, and responsible AI.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in system implementations, product management, or technology delivery for Insurance Data & AI programs.
• Experience leading large, cross-geography programs with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on familiarity with data platforms, ML tooling, and analytics/BI.
• Strong partnership with engineering teams and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year strategy and roadmap for Insurance Data and AI technology stack.
• Lead product managers and delivery leads; ensure discovery, requirements, delivery cadence, and adoption.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle from data governance to MLOps and AI tooling deployment.
• Drive adoption, governance, and measurable impact across data and AI platforms.
